Our Lot in Boerne
A few months back someone called and wanted to buy our lot on a hill in Boerne. Some people accidentally wandered onto our lot with their realtor... they loved it... when they figured out they were on the wrong lot they looked me up and... It wasn't for sale but we ended up selling it. I never met the buyers but we continue to communicate via email.
They have started clearing the junk trees and the view is opening up.

it is a beautiful lot! i'm glad you keep in touch with the new owners. the house looks beautiful!
Bitter Sweet?
A little bitter sweet. I think it would have been very peaceful. No one would have had a view of the back of the house, but we would have had a great view. I think it will be a sad day when we go visit them someday and look out over the valley.
Starbucks, HEB, and Home Depot were close... Most Martha's friends were not.
On the other hand... it was nice having someone come along and make a nice offer for something we were never going to use. It will nice not visiting the Boerne tax collector office every year. So bitter sweet it is.
