Bitty was developed as a wagon that would not tip over easily and my Grand Children would not fall out... as they easily can in the average wagon.
This is the first prototype... made from the Express-News... ala paper-mache...
It took me a while to figure out how to make Bitty. In the end I chose fiberglass. Which I knew nothing about... this is fiberglass cut into strips so it would conform to the mold I made. Next came about a gallon of resin.

Bitty is assembled and the volunteer was selected and a test flight was performed in the secret testing grounds... our version of Area 51.
Further testing was done after painting. Note: The dots are stick on at this point.
Finally she was taken into the public environment... the neighbor hood 4th of July parade.
The test pilot is about 26 months old in this video. The oldest test pilot to ride in Bitty was 5 years old. The seat is at the highest position... leg room is good. The cut out it getting a little tight... could easily get another inch or two of width.
