All is Well

This was taken from an email Mel sent me.

All is well! We are scheduled to check out with our normal healthy baby girl tomorrow after her hearing test. She has her last round of antibiotics at 3:30am tonight.

Despite the scary beginning to Piper's life -- it has been a great week for our family. Thank you all sooo much for your prayers. The Lord truly brought us through this time with the strength only He can provide. We are exhausted, but joyful ... very, very joyful. We love our baby girl so much. She really is the sweetest baby we have ever met! She is very calm (just like Melissa was)...and beautiful! She has her dad's dimples and her mom's chin. She truly is a miracle .. a perfect gift from the Lord.

...Melissa was a calm baby too. Martha actually took her to the doctor and said; "Melissa doesn't cry... is there something wrong with her?" We pray that Melissa is so lucky.

Piper can cry... loud.
