Computer Virus on my Apple

With all the news of the April Fool's Day virus I decided to do a deep scan with Norton Antivirus on my Mac... and... it found a virus... it is said that it can't fix the file, so it replaced it with an archived copy of the file. It is still scanning ... it takes 5-6 hours to scan both the internal hard drive and the external drive.

I installed Norton Antivirus for Mac about 2 weeks ago... this it the first "hit" it has had.

When it finishes scanning I hope to figure out what the virus was... I hate getting viruses...
