Piper found out falling out of bed on to a carpeted floor can still hurt you... Very SAD to say...
That happened a week ago and after x-rays and doctors diagnosed her with nursemaids elbow early in the week and told her to move her arm, she still wouldn't move her arm... so back to the Doc today. Off to the x-ray folks who were trying to x-ray the wrong arm. Melissa stopped the lady and said the right arm please...
So they x-rayed the right arm... this time! Turns out they x-rayed the wrong arm Monday. Mel wasn't able to be in the room because she had Hank with her. Good to know the left arm was just fine.
So they found a broken humerus just below the shoulder joint this time. The Radiologist came in to harass Mel because she must be abusing her child ... two x-rays in one week... on different arms... that is when Mel informed him very politely that they had mistakenly x-rayed the wrong arm earlier in the week. I am sure she didn't say Piper was in a lot of pain for a week because of that... She is too nice...
Piper thought the purple cast was pretty cool... but the black sling wasn't to her tastes...
When you have a broken arm you still have to smile... if you are with Mimi!
