Katie hadn't been in Bass Pro since she did her Christmas photo a year or so ago. She was suitably impressed... and I didn't have to talk about dead stuffed animals...
She loved sitting in the booth next to the aquarium in the restaurant. She started talking non-stop and I didn't catch the best part of it... but you can get the idea. It is a fun, easy trip for a grandpa. There was no spoiling involved in this outing...
Of course you have to check out the big aquarium and the waterfall. Then jump up and down on the bridge and make lots of noise. After that you get to go ride the elevator up and down as many times as you want... this is fun because it goes underwater... kinda... you have to follow the turkey tracks and jump over all of the cracks in the floor.
Of course you get to stop off at the fudge counter and get a surprise that you can share with your sister... "maybe" on the share idea...
I wonder how much longer PopPop will be able to get away with eating fish while sitting next to the aquarium?
How long was PopPop's nap ?
