It wasn't Wally the Wreally Wonderful Warty Squirrel.
It was a very fast young squirrel.
I didn't use a telephoto. The camera was about 6 inches away from him in the last photo. At that point he finally had had enough and shot up the chain and into the tree. He was there watching us for about 10 minutes.
We have a drip system that runs up through the trees and into the baskets ... it must be cool in there.
