Martha's brother, Robert got the ok to go home today, but then the doctor changed his mind. He decided it would be better to have the lead doctor on the case weigh in on the decision after the Labor Day holiday, so hopefully he will let him go back to Waco on Tuesday. They let Brenda and Jasmine (wife & daughter) gown up and actually go in the same room with him today. That was a huge step!!
They started Robert on some medication Friday to jump start his bone marrow production after all the chemo, and it seems to be working. He still has a long road ahead of him, but hopefully he will not have to undergo the bone marrow transplant. The bone marrow transplant was going to be quite an ordeal so we pray this is the news we have been waiting for. Thanks be to God!!! And thanks to everyone for all the many prayers. Keep 'em coming!!!
