In Recovery she was doing her usual very good girl routine... accented by frowns as you see. She was surrounded by screaming kids in recovery and she just kept talking about a balloon that was in the recovery room. She likes balls, balloons, babies and airplanes.
She has a big bandage to keep pressure on the wound. It is supposed to stay on until tomorrow... we will see if she cooperates. Mimi is there to spoil her.

when I saw the bandage my heart just did a sad flop but then when I looked at her expression I had to smile - she is quite the serious trooper (wounded solider look)
so glad MiMi could be there to help (especially with comforting the parents)
On a more serious note: I am so grateful all went so smoothly
I hope she sleeps well tonight. What a little trooper!
