Mimi, Melissa and Piper Fly to Seattle

Mimi, Melissa and Piper flew to Seattle for a baby shower for Kim.  Summer in Seattle means full airplanes... Mimi actually had to buy a ticket to get there.... GASP!!!... that is unheard of !!  We just don't do that.  She did come home space available and everyone in the know told her she couldn't get out until 3 days after she wanted to come home... but she made it on the first try.


They explored for a few days before the shower and that included a boating trip on Lake Washington and Lake Union.  It is a different world from Texas lakes.  "Hot Water" looks happy there. 

There were a few things Texas-like on the boat trip.  Piper loved boating.  You can't tell from this photo... When they put her life jacket on her she went stiff and wouldn't move for a while.  She did get her sea legs quickly though.

Here they are all ready to go to the shower.  This is Kim's front porch.

The shower was at Jana's house... and what a cool house it was.  The view was great and Piper was happy to point out all airplanes that went by.

Piper was bored with the shower and decided to watch the Cowboys game...

Cute toes... yep.

As you can see... Seattle has a problem with the water...  babies just happen.
