Yes we did have Halloween

It never ceases to amaze me that retirement can be so busy. I don't take naps... I don't sit around on the computer all day... or watch TV... I do play golf and work on woodworking projects. What I seem to spend the most time on is remembering. I must be officially old.

So... I am remembering back to Halloween...

All three Daughters and there Spouses where here for Halloween. The other draw, of course, was Martha's Birthday... the big Six-O. All three Grand Daughters where here, along with the paparazzi.

We found three little munchkins in our front yard.

We went trick-or-treating with the paparazzi in tow... we were quite a sight. There were other families with paparazzi following, but we seemed to have the most paparazzi in our neighbor hood. Abby knew she was getting candy from strangers and was amazed. Can you imagine looking into your trick-or-treat bag for the first time and seeing candy bars... and having no idea what they taste like?? She like everything she got to taste.






















After trick-or-treating it was time for bed... but delay tactics always prevail... the rocking chair seems to be a big attraction. Of course when there is only one chair, someone always feels like she was there first...
